Ancient Egyptian Homes

Hello everyone,I'm Lian.I like blogging about different things. Today, I will talk about Ancient Egyptian homes. Egypt is the gift of the Nile. There's no Nile, There's no Egypt. Ancient Egyptians built their homes near the Nile. They used the water from the Nile to drink, cook, wash, and to grow different kinds of crops. They used the mud from the river to make mud bricks. They used the mud bricks to make strong walls and to keep the homes cool. They painted their homes white. Ancient Egyptian homes had flat roofs. The furniture was very simple. They used reed mats to sit and sleep. They used papyrus to cover doors and windows. They used wooden boxes for clothes. They used pots and baskets to store crops. There was an oven. In the city, the homes were taller with two floors. In the country, the homes had one floor and a garden. I like it. Do you like it? I'm waiting for your opinions.
